TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your order is very important to us and we take great pride in creating these pieces for you. We offer products of the finest quality, manufactured using a range of techniques.
While slight irregularities are part of the appeal of handmade pieces, we guarantee your purchase against faults excluding wear and tear and will work with you to resolve any errors or defects.
Please also note that materials from time to time may vary the items finish slightly in texture, colour or dimension. Variances in products bring uniqueness to each item. Variances in product do not justify faults in the item.
We have attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the site. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size and colours will vary depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on customised orders as these items can not be resold and have been custom made according to your specifications. Of course, if we have made an error on your order, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please call us first with any questions you may have about the product if you want to arrange a return.
We do not accept refunds on wrongly ordered items including inaccurately ordered ring size and width.
Please ensure your spelling is correct as we can not take responsibility for incorrect spelling or misuse of punctuation. NB we will engrave exactly as you type your message in the 'personalised message field'. On occasion we may need to engrave over two lines if the message is very long or if a script font has been used. For messages longer than 40 words will automatically be engraved in Franklin font.
Where the Be Inspired Plain Pendant is chosen and a short message is provided we will engrave a star, circle, diamond or heart to seperate the start/end. You will be given the opportunity to confirm which icon you would like unless you advise us of a different request at which time we will be able to review and confirm if it can be done.
Commencement of work will take place 24 hours after payment has been received and cleared.
We will only accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders requiring engraving in a foreign language will require a signed proof prior to commencement of work. We will contact you via email or fax.
Please ensure that all copyright and patent requirements are adhered to. Made to Inspire will not accept responsibility for any such breaches.
All prices/sales will be made in Australian dollars and include GST. Any charges incurred in currency exchanges, bank fees associated with a purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY AND FREIGHT
Made to Inspire will ensure every effort is made to dispatch ordered goods within 21 business days of a confirmed order. All Australian orders will be sent via Registered Post. International orders will be sent via normal airmail unless you elect to pay for additional cover on checkout. Please be aware that items sent via normal airmail will not be tracked and will not be covered.
Postage and freight costs are not refundable. Australian Registered Post is charged at $8.95 for jewellery and $5.00 for MYTAG range. Please check your options on checkout for international shipping prices.
We will ensure products are packaged effectively to prohibit damage in transit, however once products leave our premises any damages sustained during freight or delivery are not the accountability of Made to Inspire.
Please inspect goods on arrival or within seven (7) days of receipt. Goods can not be returned after this time.
Postage and freight costs are not refundable.
Made to Inspire is not liable for any delivery delays or lost items after the dispatch of goods.
All purchases delivered to an Australian postcode incur the standard Government Goods and Service Tax (GST). All prices quoted on this website include GST. The prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply. Any additional International charges will be at the expense of “you” the purchaser and will not be covered by Made to Inspire.
Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
DUTY OF CARE
We guarantee that our products will be delivered in new condition without damage or fault in craftsmanship. We will either repair or replace the item if there is a defect, but cannot be held responsible for the following:
1. defects that relate to accidental damage, neglect or misuse
NB jewellery MUST NOT come into contact with chemicals including and not limited to: perfume, water, lotions, talcum powder etc
2. defects resulting from wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning
3. where a product has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves.
Special Notes of Consideration
4. It is impossible to guarantee against jewellery scratching, wearing or breaking.
5. Shallow engraving will fade with time due to natural wear and tear

We are committed to safeguarding your information; this means that, among other things, we will comply with all applicable Australian privacy laws and ensure our staff is aware of their obligations.
We may collect information to deliver products or services to complete other transactions and better understand our customer's requirements and preferences. This information enables us to personalise and improve our service and in particular to provide offers that are of greater interest or benefit.
The personal information we collect is in most cases supplied when customers registers details, place an order or provide feedback to us. Generally, the information we collect includes customer name, address, delivery address, phone number and an e-mail address.
We will take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely.
